The Advanced Protein Therapeutics Core Facility offers a free, week-long, hands-on short course on phage display. Attendees will pan a mock scFv phage library and assess the enrichment from one round of panning. The hands-on lab portion of the course will cover practice and protocols for:
- M13 bacteriophage purification and handling
- Phage titering
- Phage panning
- Phage 96-well screens
- Phage ELISAs

- Applying Your Library Skills
- Phage Data Analysis
In addition to preparing participants for their own phage display campaigns, these classroom topics will also cover considerations for yeast and mammalian display library creation and screening.
